Thought as overtime is off

Yesterday, our team hold a meeting on the affairs of the deal close, some guys argued for the privilege and insisted with his idea without caring some lead's reason, e.g. what a mature career thought is. Such men tried to make a signal that we need a representative of the group to talk with the company. Initially, I was moved about his thought, but while he try to say more the same words the more I got to know what people often says "Passionate": stick to your idea, stand on your side and clear expression so that draging others' attention. Yes, we need such matter happens in office, different voices stands for energy for growing-up.

Today, Eric met me in his office. As for the position acquisition, we exchanged the ideas: I tried to speak slowly and logically 'cause Eric is a American-grow-up man allthough his born in HongKong. Eric got what I want while I stop the talk. He is a smart man, always does. He said that engineering industry might be more boring than artistic industry, the latter one needs more intelligence and creativity. For job requirement, it is bad while you say it is boring at the very beginning, just do it with patience and determination, there should be plenty of work to do and plenty of knowledge to learn. If the company is good enough, so the workflow does. Just catch chance and becave well in the current position!

Here are some comments I am thinking about right now:

1, Catch the key points while talking with fellows;
2, While asking for help, ought to ask urself what's the question, what's ur though about it;
3, Try not disperse your spirit while other one is talking, just watch them;
4, Catch correctly and fast with otherbody's mind and what they want from u;
5, In public, while you get a chance to talk about something, just go ahead especially the time you feel you have so much to say.

This computer has no chinese inputs, I can see that I need language training now, my English is bad as u can see from the above.
